A process burner does not heat a boiler — it works inside a furnace or in a stream of hot air. What matters is a stable flame, high outlet velocity and even heat distribution.
Features of FPB burners
- Modular design — a housing with a furnace flange, a burner insert (ignition and ionisation electrodes, head) and a flame tube. This simplifies servicing and adapting the burner to an existing installation.
- Flame tube made of stainless steel or ceramic material, in various lengths matched to the installation.
- Electronic ignition and flame control, plus several control options: one-stage, two-stage and modulating (PID/PLC).
- Control panel and fan separated from the burner — they do not operate at high temperature.
- Operation in multi-burner and zoned systems; mounted from the top or the side of the furnace.
- High-temperature application versions with a combustion block — the manufacturer states an operating temperature of up to 1300 °C.

Premix system
For installations with many small burners, the manufacturer offers a premix system: the gas/air mixture is formed before the burner and fed into the gas pipes. The flame is stable, and heat is distributed evenly throughout the furnace.
